Even the UKBA policy guidance makes it clear that UK NARIC only compares the degrees for the purpose of claiming points in the Qualififcation section. The UK NARIC cannot provide a letter of comparability for you to claim points under English Language requirement.

You must consider the actual period you worked as your claim period. The payment date shouldn't matter.

as per the current exchange I am eligible to apply now. But when I checked with the VFS bangalore, They said, the actual currency rate for each day [90 days] of maintaining the fund will be considered for the conversion. I am confused now.
