It is better you get a letter from your employer stating your gross and net for the period you dont have a payslip for.

Your Original Degree Certificate, if your degree gives you points for English language requirement in the PBS calculator.

Original Bank statements are those you receive in post. If you have got them then there is no need for stamp and sign. If you have got the printed in the branch on their letter head then get them stamped and signed.

Earnings doesn't have to be for full year if you qualify with less than that.

105. An applicant may claim for a period of earnings of less than 12 months if they have earned sufficient funds to claim the necessary points.

For example if I have earned 4950 (350000 INR) GBP in period of 01-10-2009 to 30-04-2010. I cant show any earning of that time...

Hope you know that you cannot use the uplift ratio for your earnings in India when physically present in Norway. You can only convert them into GBP without the uplift ratio. (The uplift ratio for Norway is 1)
