As JPB suggested above send them a brief letter or is there not a number you could call on the letter they sent?

The PBS print out you submitted did it give you at least 20 points for education attribute as well and if yes, did you provide that print out with the application?

I am about to apply for naturalisation and have applied for NARIC certificate. My doubt is does the dependent also require this NARIC certificate about degree taught in English? All applicants need to satisfy the KOLL requirement. Also, I dont understand why would it be the discretion of the casewo...

NARIC is not required if you get 10 points for English language requirement and atleast 20 points for education under attributes in the points calculator.

In my view, the period of not in employment matters only for work permit visa holders. aruni4470, I got my ILR approved on 12-Feb at Solihull for myself and 1 Dependent. I got my BRP card today. My dependent BRP is yet to come. Didnt know that the BRP cards could come seperately.
