I doubt many people here know the procedure. Judging from http://ch.vfsglobal.co.uk/workpermit.html it appears that you will have to do the application yourself. But that's just a guess.

It would be utter nonsense to correlate waiting time with the chance of confirmation (or refusal). Your case is as likely to be approved now as it was four months ago and will be, say, two months from now.

What exactly is your question? A waiting period of 4 months is not unusual. Legally, they have 6.

But in my refusal latter ECO mention about my wife's CV, English language skills, evidence that she is looking for job in uk. I should not submit any relevant documents regarding the cause of 1st refusal ? We have already established that the refusal under Reg 12 was unlawful. It is your choice to ...

Such emails exist for the purpose of making complaints. You could lodge a complaint and hope the decision to be overturned. But the original decision was right in saying that you must either join or accompany your wife and make sure to address the aformentioned concern but you plan to do that anyway...

4. latter from my wife that she will accompany me in UK and she understand her right under the Directive 2004/38/EC (esp. Article 6). If she really understands Article 6 (Regulation 13, the one that many ECOs do not understand or choose to ignore) then you would not need more documents than you ori...

You wouldn't apply for ILR but rather for PR = permanent residence. There is no biometrics for that type of application.

Human rights to not guarantee you to live at a particular place. You would have to argue why you couldn't just live in your spouse's country. May sound cynical but that's how it is. I know that and i have argue that including to the appeal, my solicitor and barrister did that, i am just sharing it ...

It's interesting that they did not make any statement or allegation about who might have done the tampering. On what grounds could they possibly do that? The passport was obviously out of hands (and sight) on several occasions. There is also a chance (though I would think a slim one) that it was ac...

As she obviously is a worker she would need to include an employment letter or ...

To work you will eventually need a NI number. And yes, both is possible. To open a bank account you will have to talk to the banks but that should be possible too.

In fact, I'm surprised none of the senior members corrected any of the assumptions being made. They certainly have, in this thread and in others. They probably just grew tired of watching the 100th rerun of the same show over and over again. Should you ever have the time to then just read through t...

Visa? No. Your current entrance clearance is a EEA family permit. In the UK you would apply for a Residence Card. To be successful your EEA national spouse will need to exercise treaty rights in the UK.

The conclusion so far was that you should be a 'direct' family member. Nevertheless, it would probably be a good idea to include also those documents (dependency aborad) that would qualify you as an extended family member.

One more problem I can think of is that your wife could be alleged of being the originator of or party to the tampering. Personally I would have expected that the French police would be informed at some point. I still wonder what the Albanians are expected to do: report back that the passport itself...

Did/do you have comprehensive sickness insurance (CSI)? This is health insurance that self-sufficient persons (and obviously you would have to be categorised as such) need to have to stay in the UK in correspondence with the EEA regulations. Your husband's status is tightly bound to yours, that is y...

For naturalisation you would need to be free of immigration restriction for at least 1 year. In your case this means to have permanent residence. You do not need to explicitly apply for PR but you still have to satisfy the requirements for PR.
