Re: Tier1 Visa and Fund maintenance for yet to be born baby

[800+533+533]=£1866 as you can't show same funds for ur new born as shown for u . Also,in case, you are not planning to leave country before ur next Tier1 extension, you need not to get Visa for new born ( as in that case all of u can get visa at same time, during next extension application). 1. In case you are applying for Tier1 soon -
Apply for Tier1 depedent for child along with your Tier1 Application - in that case you need not to pay extra 395£ for depedent's application.

2. Otherwise, go for WP dependent route ( I assume your company will bear the cost of child Visa)

It would be gross pay always, where
GROSS PAY = TAXABLE PAY + TAX FREE ALLOWANCE

Note: this tax free allowance should be declared on your pay slip.

Re: HSMP Contact

Do you know that you can apply for re-consideration without any cost, if you have not done that before? Fistly talk to HO and ask him/her the reason for rejection, accordingly take your action.

if wage slips are issued online/email then these should be signed and stamped. Since, u get the physical copy, that should be fine. Though, if I were you, I would not mind getting employer sign if it is quite easy to obtain. Otherwise no worries.

I've just recently got approval and here is what I did:

I typed in wherever I could in the unproted document, took print out and filled in rest of info manually. My friend also did the same. It is not a problem at all.
