90 days rule

I have a similar problem. I wasnt aware of the rule for 90 days in 1 trip and was abroad for 110 days on unpaid leave. I assume I have no right to appeal? I am still waiting for an answer from HO. I took the holiday in April 2006 and checked the website but couldnt find anything regarding the rule ...

No right to appeal bcoz i have still uk visa. They havnt asked any p60 or p45.

Just they sent refusal letter with documents.

yes they took the payment and saw the payslip as well....unfortunatly that company has been closed now.thats the problem now.

Hi, Sorry for that, you should have got the ilr since you are getting your payslip. Did you change any job during the time outside uk. When was your break; is it in the middle of your 5 year period? Did you send go in person and if so,which peo (birmingham or london or liver pool...? Regards Sickan...

ILR Refused due to 115 days absences

Hi My ILR refused due to absence. I was away from the country for 115 days on job purpose. I showed payslips and employer letter as well...still they havnt satisfed... Any one advise any solictor who works on NO fee NO win basis...I would like to reapply again. Any expertise advice. Regards RK

I did a misktake switching WP to Tier1. Otherwise I could have applied for the same day service. Not sure I understand this. I thought WP/HSMP/Tier1 based applicants for ILR can all use same-day service? HSMP/WP are eligible to apply ILR for same day service, but Tier1 holder need to do post only.

Excellent Mama Your experience confirms me that , Home Office Count only working days for absences in the UK . I was outside the country from 105 days during year means if they count weekdays then it should come under 90 days only. Good news to me..... Any one know - when we can go to ILR means 5yea...

Just quick question regarding

Date for submitting ILR

ILR guildlines states that we can apply ILR

5years : 28 days before grant to entry

But ILR application SET(o) needs

6.1 : date you entered ?

On wht basis it work

What is the situation if we lose passport dont remember outgoing dates from uk.

As we know while going out of the country they dont put stamp, still coming off course entry will be there.

Send in your application by post with a covering letter explaining the reasons for your extended absence and you should hopefully be ok. This issue has been discussed ad nauseum on this forum in the past so have a trawl through the forum and you might find more useful info.. Hi Thanks for quick res...
