Re: Mandatory documents not showing a list

If it helps, we received an email about reusing the previous biometerics, but we didn't get an email to prompt "submitting" the uploaded documents. I just noticed the option to "submit", on the UKVCAS page, after seeing someone mention it on these boards. It was a recent/new option. From my recollec...

Re: Biometrics Waived?

Good evening, A friend of mine who has been waiting for appointment told me today that he was contacted by HO that he is qualified for biometrics waiver as result of the Covid-19. And that he will receive a link later where he will capture his photo and submit. Has only one else received a similar ...

You are not currently required to send any photos. Though that may change in view of the difficulties with the biometric appointments

Re: Early application of ILR

You can start your application online in advance, but you can't submit it until at least 28 days before the 5 year anniversary of initial entry date. You are required to pay when you submit (online) and then the system gives you a link to the UKVCAS site, to register there book a biometric appointme...

Re: can main applicant and dependants apply together but pay separately? applying online non-premium service

When applying for an ILR online, can the main applicant (currently Tier 2, 5-year route) and their two dependants (Tier 2 dependants currently, 5-year route too) apply at the same time but pay separately? The thing we may not have the triple amount available in the same account or bank card. We are...

Re: Uploading documents limit

Re the documents to confirm address, there should be 6 in joint names, or if not joint, then 6 in each name, spread over the previous 2.5 years.

Re: Uploading documents limit

You can compress them, or split them into 2 separate pdf's, as long as they are below the size limit. They should be in grey scale, which helps with the file size. I used greyscale and 150 dpi to keep size down.

There is no restriction on the number of files, documents or pdf's that you upload.

Re: Spouse visa SET M

Now coming back to the cash saving point: If we have to rely on a lum sum from a relative in order to fulfil the required level of saving, but the lum sum only comes into the account 2 months before Date of application. But we do have a signed letter from that relative Confirming the funds are gift...

Re: After Paying SET(M) Fee any deadline to upload doc.

Sorry, I forgot to add the 28 day time limitation for your financial documents would be dictated by the date of submission of the application. They would need to be within the 28 days before the date of submission of the online application.

Re: After Paying SET(M) Fee any deadline to upload doc.

Once you have submitted your (SET(M)) application online, you can upload your documents at any time before the biometric appointment. (So as there is a delay in getting the biometric appointments means you have lots of time to upload them).

I don't see why he would get sent back he really has strong unit here.
But what basis i.e. visa, did he come here on?

We have submitted an ILR application for wife and dependent child (child now over 18, but originally admitted as a dependent child) in the one joint application and paid the double fees. I have then submitted/uploaded all the relevant documents for each. However, am right to assume that I don't nee...

Ah, sorry CR001, I hadn't seen QSDanik's post of 11.50am with the full listing from the HO email. He must have posted that whilst I was typing my earlier post (12.03pm post). So they are asking him to send all his relevant documents by post, because, as you pointed out, they can't yet access those h...

i am aware mother and daughter have to apply at same time but is it a or b or anytime between a and b They can apply when the mother has been in the UK for 5 years, or up to a maximum of 28 days before that 5 year date. That's 5 years from the date of her arrival into the UK, as stamped in her pass...
