Oooh now I understand why the immigration officer told the lady that she has been granted pre settled status . Maybe this is what HO employee have been told to. That if they see someone digital COA it means they have been granted settled or pre settled status.
Something wrong somewhere with HO
Plus it doesn’t make any sense at all. Why the digital COA would be showing when someone already got pre settled or settled status???
