we'll see whether it actually turns up in time or not! we don't have it yet....it tends to depend who you talk to at the contact center, some of them will give you more information some just want to get you off the phone. They ignored our Urgent Treatment form as well, it seems like they don't reall...

aravindlxp - we are in the same situation, we applied on the 30th Nov and called the home office today. They said it has been dealt with and not to worry about a trip on the 19th Dec

About UT -- even i felt the same that they over look and never respond, surprisingly i got it in a week time, ofcourse i used to call them evryday and checked whether they are priortizing my one or not, always they said it is prioritized. ...

hi, thanks - we are going to try that but the agent doesn't seem to think they will pay any attention to the urgent request as it is for annual leave - i suggested they "stretch" the truth but they wouldn't do it.. If you have travel commitments, you can request urgent treatment form. Mine was clear...
