Tikpal, I m afraid there is no provision for this unless someone else in the forum can advise otherwise. Here is what the guidance notes say: Those seconded overseas from their normal country of work. Applicants who have been seconded overseas during the last fifteen months and whose salary continue...

You may have to inform your current employer (WP sponsor) about your situation. You will have the right to work for any employer by means of a de...

TS,

Has the letter been signed say by your HR or Finance officer ?If then it's fine even if there's no seal.

One of the payslips shows a higher amt should not be a problem.

Yes tick the income tax return box. Claim for exceptional consideration, mention the reason why in the box provided, stating the P60 does not cover the entire period and hence does not corroborate with the payslips. So you are supplying the letter from employer. Even if it on company letter head, it...

HSMPSeek, You've hijacked this thread. Anyway, I don't think you need to worry too much about showing a good bank balance. HO asks for the bank statements so that they can ascertain that you are getting steady income into your bank account for the last 3 - 6 months. If you've been spending it to the...

TouchSensor, You definitely need to submit P60. You will find it very difficult to convince the CW without one. If the amt in P60 does not match your earnings (for example if you are a deputation from an Indian company case), then explain the same in your covering letter. Also better to submit bank ...

HSMPSeek, If it helps, mine is a very similar situation. I've enquired about this with HO and they mentioned it's perfectly alright to do this. Any reason why you don't want to get you FLR for HSMP stamped earlier. This way you can avoid unnecessary problem with your employer because they may not li...

Legally, you are allowed to work in the new company only if the new FLR (IED) has been stamped on your passport. You are only allowed to serve your notice in the previous company with your current WP. To avoid complications, you should apply for your FLR on the basis of the new WP approval. You can ...

Raj, In thoery you could. I know a friend who had a similar case like yours and his HSMP was approved. It all depends on the caseworker really. I guess nobody in the forum can confirm that this is all right. If you had enough points through your NET probably it's the safest bet for deputation cases ...

Raj,

It's a bit risky to go on the basis of your employer's letter alone. You should be able to show primary evidence in the form of payslips and ITR. Do your payslips show NET or GROSS ?
