I have put this to couple of solicitors (highly reputed) and got mixed answers about panelty points. According to them panelty points nature cause the damage if it's not disclosed for instance drink driving point can put you out the cliff as regard to good character but driving in 80km on 60km road ...

Yeah it seems so smilemee because, I figure it out about 5 weeks in total since nvb submission online, positive result appears, the best bit is after 2017 I start seeing approvals for refugees.

I've sent them email and post earlier about my first evetting letter which they said they didn't received after 2 months, they have sent another email to my solicitor to submit a new one when she force them for decision, we submitted it 2 weeks ago no news yet however they acknowledge the first evet...
