Did anyone called HO to check wht date applications they are working on?? Another thing i wanted to check is, when we call HO they say they are dealing with a certain date application. Is that date, the date when they recieved the application or the date when the payment got cleared?? Regards Grant :)

Any updates today from UK Applicants?... Please post your updates here... Looking at the public responses on immigrationboards and trackitt websites looks like HO is getting rid of the cases filed before the may08 at the moment. might be the case that thier priority has changed from doing new cases...

its perfectly legal to take a unpaid leave while you are on WP. dnt worry, i understand your concern. its always best to ask if you are in doubt.

As the HO guidance clearly states that you dont need to supply and wait for the full 12months period to go by to claim the points for the previous earnings, you can apply whenever you have succesfully earned enough money to claim the points. you dnt have to worry about the holiday period in between....
