IRP card - passport expiry

Hi All,

My passport is expiring in one year. I received visa extension letter for 2 years . Could you please advise if department will give me IRP card until my passport expiry date or until the date on the visa letter. Please note immigration do not stamp visa on passport.

Just to confirm if permission revoked in May 2022 void ab initio from 2015, will that period counted as undocumented and eligible for scheme?

Also can you please explain what you mean by revoked will be taken into consideration when making the decision?

But what if all previous stamps are revoked like they were never valid . Will that period consider be undocumented given that permission were revoked from beginning 2015 like it was never valid in the first place

If your EU treaty rights visa is revoked after scheme is launched (revoked in April 2022 from inception i.e 2015) does it make it eligible for undocumented scheme?

It seems that's your job occupation is not under critical skills occupation list. So in this situation in order to get critical skill permit you should increase you annual salary to 64k. Stamp 4 EUFam can apply for work permit as per court judgement last year. So you shouldn't have any problem. Please apply through solicitor as they know what is required in contract also your workings hours i.e 39 are not in line with work permit requirement. I guess it should be 36 hours a week and no more. So please check with solicitor before applying
