@finalversion, I never heard anyone refused from EU review given option to submit EU 4 form, after EU review refusal comes section 3, did u check with you solicitor why it is different in your case ?

Regardless of EU stamp for 5 years counts for citizenship application or not.

But main question is if we manage to get work permit, when it comes to GNIB registration, will EU treaty right department create issue at that stage ?
