You are right, maintenance fund is not a requirement for ILR. So don't worry about it.

On the appointment query you can send an email to ApplyOnlineE-Support@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk, generally they respond with in 48 hrs.

Better to go into the bank and request a statement.

I presume the first EC was issued out of country. Could you tell us the date you entered in the UK.

Snappy Snap, Reading, Berkshire charged me £8.99 to take snaps of 11 months old. The photographer has to spend about 30 mins to take a good snap of him. Appreciate his patience, its worth every penny.

You are right you will be awarded 30 points as you entered in HSMP.

Don't worry you will be alright. It's the employers responsibility to pay the tax to HMRC that was deducted from your salary. Better to contact HMRC and get a written confirmation from them before applying.
