Get a confirmation from another senior member as well. Q5. Life in the UK doesn't have any expiry date so you can take it b...

I am not sure what you are confused of? Page 20 : A1.You can claim points for previous earnings for any single, consecutive 12 month period from the 15 months immediately before this application
It's consecutive not continuous . I second uksettlement's suggestion.

On the appointment query you can send an email to ApplyOnlineE-Support@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk, generally they respond with in 48 hrs.

Better to go into the bank and request a statement.

Thanks,

Snappy Snap, Reading, Berkshire charged me £8.99 to take snaps of 11 months old. The photographer has to spend about 30 mins to take a good snap of him. Appreciate his patience, its worth every penny.

I am 100% sure that it's employers responsibility to pay the deducted taxes and its an offence if they haven't done so. Don't worry and write the HMRC, tell them what has happened. HMRC can't ask you the money owed by the employer. Note that p60's are not mandatory for Tier-1 & HSMP applications, ho...

Don't worry you will be alright. It's the employers responsibility to pay the tax to HMRC that was deducted from your salary. Better to contact HMRC and get a written confirmation from them before applying.
