He's sent off the 'request letter to reconsider' their decison today.

He'll get the AIT2 Appeal form posted in the next week.

DO they look at these 'requests' favourably if its a 100% 'cast-iron' genuine application - and 2 simple errors caused the initial refusal?

Hi Quick question. I know a British Overseas Citizen Passport holder can enter the UK - for up to 6 months. But when they return to their home country, how long before they can return to the UK? Is there any ruling on this? Or are they free to reapply and return as long as their passport is valid?

Well, he shouldn`t worry too much about it then. I can say, with the benefit of experience, that the education system in India is far superior, and cheaper,to the one in UK (unless, maybe, if one goes to Oxbridge) I can only speak for education system in Pakistan which is good if you can afford it....
