Not getting through to an advisor on that number today, either option 2 or 3, some lady just says all advisors are busy and the call gets disconnected. Anyone else trying with more luck? Am I doing the right things?

My theory based on recent events, is HO has allocated separate teams of CWs for each month Oct, Nov, Dec etc, hence the approvals are coming in parallel and not in a sequence.
