Since you are not spouse of BC so you are not eligible until you complete 5 years, But if your spouse is eligible now and have completed 5 years then he/she can apply and as soon as your spouse will get the naturalization you will be eligible to apply.

No discount applied on joint family application as well as the more than 1 kids application... You have to pay £669 par child. See Fee Leaflet

Individual page are not version controlled and there is no difference between two versions except the title page and page 3, so you can use your existing referee page with full confidence,

Friend of mine applied yesterday with the Old version of the form and NCS have no objection on it. Actually there is very minor difference between two versions, only additional email field is added for confirmation of email address on page 3... .. so you don't need to be worried

Thanks for your reply. I just confirmed with the missus and also found (after a lot of searching) a document checklist which she used and she did send her IELTS test result for the dependent visa application. So, it was send to the embassy outside UK. I assume that it can still be used? Thanks once...

Thank you. I checked with points calculator..its awarding me 0 points for the qualifications but 10 points for the english skill. Am I doing something wrong :( weird .. normally its otherway round ... what qualification you have if you don't mind to share? and what type of visa you had prior to ILR?
