cutesweetgal, Try calling the BHC on 0092 5120 98999 . You need your GRY-PK ref number, his passport number and his date of bitrh. Don't rely on just the website or just the phone number; if your husband can, get him to go and visit the Gerry Office where he submitted his application. The Gerry lot ...

Nope, there's no need to attest/certify this. I enclosed a photocopy in my application and was successful. All land registry titles are now stored electronically (i.e. Database). The ECO can make further enquiries if need be using the details on the print out.

Hope that helps..

It's not me that needs the bank statements, it's AzimScot. I've already been through the spousal visa application process (for my husband) and than...

If you have an online accunt, then you can print out a statement and get it stamped by your bank. There is no need to get a solicitor to do it, plus the bank will do it for free. Of course this depends on who you have the online account with. Lloyds, Halifax, HSBC etc all have branches you can walk ...

If his bank statements are always overdrawn and he has very little or no savings, then it is obvious that he may not be able to support you and the ECO could refuse citing he/she believes...
