Did you a date of when they officially received your docs? I emailed them and they confirmed that they had "registered" my app in Nov rather than in July when I made the app.

That's so weird. When I got in touch with similar circumstances (application made July 2021 with docs sent in December 2021), they gave me the date my application was registered (Nov 21) and the date my docs were received (Dec 21). TBH the staff have my sympathy. From articles I have read, they are under immense pressure to train new staff and come to work when they are sick with COVID.
