They have also mentioned that if you wish you can send documents to Sheffield address before interview. Is anything similar wri...

A bit harsh refusal. Go for appeal and you will win it. You have a strong case.

Interview and new supporting documents

I notice that in the past applicants who were called for interview by Home Office, take fresh documents with them to strengthen their cases. Documents like updated bank statements, business plans, invoices, contracts, accountant references, business activity etc. Recently Home Office have changed th...

Can you prove that rules were different at the time of you securing visa. That will be great if you can share the evidence. Then we can take it on from there.

To my mind rule was always that you need to invest within the UK the claimed investment.

If that is the only reason your application is refused for then you can claim to have covered under evidential flexibility policy.

You can also say that there were two copies of contract on your table before you apply. You forgot to send one signed.

Provide a signed copy of contract in appeal.

I think you guys need to check with HMRC that what part of the house can be used as office/work. I think rules only allow 20-33% (i dont know the exact number) of the house to be used for business purpose. As per your local council guideline, the main use of property should be home not office/work. ...

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur refusal: very tricky refusal

Hi Rahul, Thanks a lot for your feedback and comments which I read with some interest. What I do not agree with you is that I dont think it is cleary written in guidance that lawyer should also confirm the signatures of the applicant. That is my intepretation of guidance. I also know where your argu...

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur refusal: very tricky refusal

Thanks a lot for your comments. I completely and fully agree with your points and views. Specially the point number 6 which you highlighted in bold. That in UKBA policy guidance it is not clearly stated. And there is a kind of discrepancy and fair amount of ambiguity in it. Policy guidance needs to ...

You need to do following: 1. Fill in application form 2. Attach passport and bio card of main application. I am quite sure even photocopies will also work out. If applying by post then definately photocopies will work as UKBA themselves issued your visa and they can check their records. They why wou...

So you did what you think was right and what looks right. Since you originally applied as a part of team and...

I got your point. And difficult situation you are in.

May I ask, if your application should be decided on your own (or as a single applicant) then why did you apply as a part of team second time?

Where was the money? your account, his account, joint account or third party?

Where is your child?

So it clearly means your application is dependent on the appeal result of other team member. As UKBA has themselves confirmed this by calling.

So what is the confusion now?

By the way, why did you not reapply your child with you?

Give an evidence in appeal that bank refused to issue such letter. This could be a letter from the bank confirming that they can not issue such letter
