First option sounds logical but still I am not sure if it will work out as planned. Second option does not look right that 'when time complete for ILR and ILR application will be linkeed with Tier 1 appeal outcome' I dont think it will work out coz your ILR application will never be treated in the p...

This is one of the hottest question being discussed in forum but unforunately there is no clear guidance on it either by UKBA or by seniors and moderators. Vinny would you please step forward as usual and guide us through. 1. Can you withdraw appeal and apply for ILR or any other application? 2. Can...

Shock, shock, shock... Rehan, if someone as well prepared as you can be refused then this Tier 1 Entre has become no more than a lottery. Its luck. If you are lucky enough to get good caseworker then visa is in door step within 25 days. If you get bad caseworker who harshly applies rules then this i...

I am not aware of the difference (if any) between number of days and calender month. I don't think that there is any rule which relates to calender month. It is all about days.

I just posted the similar query and got the answer. Read below link:

You do not need to go for 2nd extension. Apply by post and you will get the visa.

ILR Shortfall and possible way out

I will be thankful if you can share your views on that: Situation: Tier 1 General stamped: 15 Sep 2008 Applicant flew into country: 15 Jan 2009 (Four months after) Extended until: 15 Sep 2013 Now, my question here is that applicant (with 4 dependents) need to get 2nd extension in order to complete f...

Dear ZFDAR First of all heartiest congratulation on getting the appeal allowed. I am reading and have commented on your posts for the past 6 six months or so. We will highly appreciate if you can briefly tell the grounds you appealed on. Just couple of lines and it will be great favour. Regards Rizwan

I think you should confidently go for appeal. Do not much worry about your previous english language exam result as nothing can be done about that. Claim in appeal that you did not get the missing bit from the college you appeared test from. Therefore in order to be on safe side you have appeared ne...

I do not agree with Darvesh on this. If both of you are in self employed partnership then it might be possible to use your personal bank account for business purpose. However if you are running a ltd company then there is no way that you will get the visa. Because one of the requirment after investm...

I would agree with you on this. In policy guidance it not clear. And logically if a donor is giving the money then UKBA needs his declaration signed in front of legal rep.. Policy guidance addresses the issue that you need multiple legal rep declarations in cases where there are multiple donors. But...

To my limited information, you can not apply as you have left the UK and there is a break in your residency. If you get a new visa that wont be part of the chain due the break.

But I am not 100 percent sure about this.

All the best and keep us dated if you choose to apply for ILR.
