so long as no rcourse to public fund means no money or benfits

THERE ARE MANY REjections on basis of accountants letter so dont depend on only accountants letter

u should have confirmation from INland revenue for taxex paid

ni paid confirmation for nI PAID

OTHERWISE PROBLEM

receipts from companies not from personal a/cs

it is hard to advice on this but u can choose to be a good son and work in yr country , she will be comfortable , she have her own identity there here it is very hard to get a job , assume u may get but it will be very hard to take care care cost is rocketing if i have to go through this i will chho...

MY friend 11 years are a very long period

it changes everything and u think HO will believe this

if you would have mentioned striagth that she wanted to stay here and did what best she felt it would have been better to understand

AS PER tier -1 degree is minimum reqrement , whatever is your earnings (maximum 45 pts) + english (degree taught in english / ielts / etc ) + fund ( which applicant may manage) but if you r ding a work which is not required degree level of knowldge this will issue in future otherwise it will defeat ...

Transitional extension is risky choice

1.Employee
2.Entreprenuer ( COMPANY / sole trader )
