What happened today????
Did your wife have to go to the application centre or the BHC ????
When my hubby had to go to New Delhi he always got there for 8 o'clock in the morning as that is when they open the doors.

The sort of things he maybe asked are, How you met and where, What employment you have and how much you earn, where you live, If he has immigration history they will question him on that, where he will live when in uk, It will generally be questions on that sort of thing and if he has proof of thing...

Yes the marriage is registered at the registar but the certificate you get at the temple is to show the ceremony took place and you,your wife and 2 witnesses sign on it.

No .I got married in India in December 2007.You have to get the wedding registered ,take all the paperwork from the temple with you,both your passports and photos and both go to the registar and he will give you the marriage certificate,once you have got that submit all your paperwork to the Embassy...

My hubby has just entered into the uk and i just got his name added to my account for quickness then later if we decide to do seperate accounts we can.All we needed was his passport and a utility bill with his name on and no probs.By the way i'm with Nationwide but i think it doesn't really matter.

You have got time if you record delivery but as it is so soon then maybe not bother but your choice.

Sounds like you have covered everything, well done, just my advise ,which you have probably done anyway, is to make sure it is easy for the ECO to find the info or else they tend not to bother.
