Sounds like you have covered everything, well done, just my advise ,which you have probably done anyway, is to make sure it is easy for the ECO to find the info or else they tend not to bother.
Your savings sound fine as well.

Yes hubby has, he went home july 07. Mind you he says the weather is cooling down and is bearable now!!!!!! You're both going to be so clold when you get home!!!!

We are thinking it's already been nearly 2 weeks so are giving it another week then phoning BHC again. Do you agree? my hubby is getting very inpatient with waiting!!!!!

So sorry to hear your news,i know who awful that makes you feel.You now have have 28 days to put in for an appeal,your wife should have been given an appeal form. Hi, he applied back in January (17th) had to go for interview which was 28th march unfortunately was refused so waited till 19th September for hearing which was successful!!now just waiting to be given a letter to collect visa.All this done in Jalhandar and New Delhi.

Sounds fine. Is the letter confirming the house will not be over crowded done by the council?? i ask because it was one of the things i got failed on,they wanted it in writing from the local council.

and have they stopped doing it the day you collect your visa???? they use to send you off to get it done and then issue the visa in the afternoon.

My statements come around the 10th also but i just ordered them from the cashpoint so i could sent them off,they must have been about 2 weeks old but have to say the ECO didn't take any notice of them anyway.My husband had to have an interview so i made sure he went with updated statements.

I had the same problem and at the end of the day i just sent the most recent, if your statements show money is always going in and balance is about the same then i think that will be fine, i to had an ISA and savings in the internet section of my account and only sent print outs and that seemed fine.

Hi, my husband is in India waiting for his visa to be issued and although they need a medical they do not need to be tested for TB.
Thye usually do a medical when the visa is being issued and not when applying.
