Re: Tier 4 Visa Curtailed or NOT ?? (URGENT)

Your Tier 4 leave should be curtailed to what it should have been for a 10-month course ending on 31 July 2016, i.e. course + 2 months = curtailed to 30 September 2016. I don't think it is reasonable to expect to be able to stay in the UK for 6 months on a Tier 4 visa without studying. I advise gett...

Did the sponsor see the original? If yes, why can't you include it with your application? If no, why is it listed on the CAS?

Speak to the International Student Adviser at your university. They will know the current processing times, and if necessary liaise with the Home Office.

They might, but if the application is for the same course as last time I can't see your error with the end date being any problem.

Re: Tier 4 Visa refused ( Help Please )

You are required to show a specific amount of money for your tuition fees and living costs. I don't know why you thought being "only" £172 short would be ignored, but it will not. The refusal is correct, and Administrative Review would not overturn it. Your sister's situation is not relevant to the ...

Hi i'm currently in the same situation and would like to know if you had any issues re-entering? if you are a genuine visitor, and you can prove it if you need to, that's fine. If you are not a visitor, for example you are coming for work, studies or another reason, you will need to apply for entry...
