Re: Same employer- senior role in a different division

There are something's that need to be considered Is it the exact same role but just paid better? Then in that case it is essentially no different to the role on the original COS so no issues. If it is a new role with management responsibly etc then that is possibly a different SOC. In that case that...

Re: Judicial Review

You can JR as and when you want. Wither the court allows you to proceed is a different matter. In regards payments of visa fees. Can you evidence to a high degree of certainty that the funds were available at and around the application was made? Thereafter can you now show you have the funds now and...

Re: Urgent Advice required

Any college that accepts you into their establishment ito do another NQF7 level course s not going to last long. Educational progress is now a bigger issue than it has been in the past.
Your only realistic choice in to go for PHd.

Re: Toeic Letter and home office detention centre

The problem is the legal system will chew him up and spit him out. He does not have the slightest chance of winning any case. He used a fraudulently obtained SELT, he can not say it is an error in law or a mistake. His visa was obtained through deception and the evidence is irrefutable. Everything i...

Re: Tier 2 rejected: wrong job code and work permit holder i

Sack your lawyer now! If he is saying go for 5 years to avoide RLMT in three years he does not anything about PBS. There is no RLMT when you extend at three years & your employer has to pay the experienced rate of pay from day one. I would seriously doubt the credentials of this so called lawyer! Do...

The current position is now bssed on 60 days or less then curtailment will not take place. Six month concession is long gone.
This applies accross the board for PBS visas.

Looks likely you are being mugged for more money for no reason You instruct a firm of solicitors not an individual. Unless it is a one person firm. Re: Student Tier 4 Visa

The bottom line is your university is no longer willing to sponsor you and as such have withdrawn the CAS. If they are not prepared to honour their undertaking that is an issue that you will have to take up with them Your issue is with the university not with UKVI. Are you going to re-apply to the s...

Re: Switching frm Tier1 General dependent to Tier 2 General

You can only be sponsored using a restricted COS which has to be applied for separately. Your sponsor will not have them in the bank. The other isssue is that you can't switch in country so would have to return home. You can not hold concurrent visas, so by moving to tier2 you automatically cease to...

Re: Urgent - stay after visa expiry

If your wife flys back and her Sponsor tells UKVI that she is no longer in the UK there is every chance UKVI will not actually issue a curtailment letter. If they check the flight details for her and she is gone they just put a block on re-entry. If the casewoker is smart he will check your details ...

I suggest you talk to your local NHS hospital and get their view. Ask for the overseas visitor manager they will tell you what you ...

He is not in a position to make his own decisions. If he does not leave they will make him leave. Let's face it he is one of thousands that should never have been here in the first place. He has a zero record of progress and admits he did not study. What does he expect? He knows it is the end of the...

As for the suggestion to run away and hide. It is an option but once you get caught there will be no returning to the UK You will be registered as an absconder and pursued by every form of law enforcement in the UK. Your NINO gets cancelled, your driving licence is revoked, you go on the police comp...

Only those roles that are listed as shortage in the SOC 2211 are able to be filled without a RLMT. Sorry the cut and paste did not cover the other roles. Salary for the roles across the SOC are Salary rates:  Foundation year 1 (F1) and equivalent: £22,636  Foundation year 2 (F2) and equivalent: £2...

The issue for your cousin is that he is not innocent. He participated in the deception, knowingly and willingly.
So even given the opportunity to defend himself it will result in the same outcome.

No matter what approach you take by your cousins admission he did not take the test. If you go to court they will play the digital recording of the test and it will not be your cousins voice. That is an insurmountable problem. Your cousin knowingly submitted a test result that was falsely obtained a...

You are not a work permit holder , that was the previous term for a work visa prior to tier2 Appeal is a waste of time, the COS was issued for a NQF 4 role which you can not switch to. Trying wind back the clock to say it was an error in court is not going to get you anywhere and your sponsor will c...

@Jeeves The argument about what constitutes any tier 1 for switching purposes is not new. The stated policy and the caseworker guidance does not specifically include or exclude tier1 dependents. The word "any" has been taken out of the policy but still remains in the caseworker guidance. I think Man...

Re: Urgent - Allocation of COS

Being happy at a pre licence visit and getting COS are two different things. If the role you are being put forward for is not on the shortage list then they will want to know how the business can justify the request for COS. If your future role is PR, IT consultant, business development manager or s...
