Up to you. As CR001 said, the NCS has an advantage of you keeping all your originals. If you're not too fussed nor have any immediate travel plans then apply yourself using a SD service. I will advice that, if you go postal, you also include a self addressed and prepaid SD return envelope for the re...

Just understand what your approval letter says and follow the instructions.

This might be confusing for some people if, like me, they already held several passports since first residing in the UK.

In my case I provided all three of mine and was told my the PO check and send agent to include my PR document which had been issued on an ISD.

Perhaps they will just affix it to some paper  (I don't really care to be honest, as long as i can work and enjoy my holidays) Do you know if the HO will en...

Looks like you have more than covered the bases including proving that your wife has not been absent from the UK for more than 2 years post-PR acquisition. I do not see how the UKBA can justify refusing to confirm your PR status this time round. Would be interested to know the outcome (which I expec...

So, you were employed p/t and earning an income but your employer neither deemed it fit to issue you with payslips nor declare your income to the HMRC (who would have issued you with a tax code as well as confirm whether you were liable to pay tax or not)? Honestly? It is not looking good. It sounds...

Firstly, do you have a document certifying that you have attained permanent residence under EU law? This is not mandatory but may help for a simpler application. You are right that any legal period of residence in the UK counts towards naturalisation. You could do as you wish - apply early such that...

Are you the EEA national?

If so, then the EEA3 NOT the EEA4 form is the applicable one to fill out.

What does French SS provide? The UKBA would need to see that you either had CSI in the UK covering your years of study or the equivalent (state or private) covering the same period from France.

Good for you Flickers!

This is the 2nd good report of quick processing times i've heard of in the last month.

Perhaps this is the UKBA's last ditch attempt to avoid going down in the books as an utterly incompetent government department.

Too late I say but well done none the less!

You can either apply to the UKBA for a replacement certificate (if you can delay your application for a few weeks) or include a cover letter explaining the situation and detailing (as much as you can remember) when and where she naturalised. Does she have a British Passport? You may also include this.
