Re: Help needed for extension confusion !!!!

Hi everyone in my opinion its always better to pay back any directors salary you had before ext . If you can afford to that it will be the safest option either way you took that salary from loss, profit, revenue or directors loan . its better to play safe if you are not sure how they would count . Re: Urgent help needed for extension confusion !!!!

Agree with Zimba, He is Correct there is no formula to count that as it will all depend on your revenue on yearly basis . Count the way he explained above . check with your accountant to explain you more on this as he/she or made your accounts knowing your revenues profits and loans year to year .

Re: Investment Staff Salary

Did you transfer 50,000 from your personal account to business account as unsecured director's loan and/or share capital? If yes, then it's fine. The spending is ok as long as you didn't use your investment to pay your own salary. Hi Sm12 thanks for your reply yes i did as director loan and transfe...

Re: Dividend from the business

Any dividends or director salary if its out of your 50k investment will not be accepted by HO . if you took any dividends or director salary best way is to put it back again in company account as directors loan . That money don't need to be reinvested it can just stay in account . Best way is to wai...

Re: Tier 1 Ent extension employee

If you were granted visa before April 2014 then it would be the best time to change your solicitor as he/she never read the guide. You are perfectly fine as long as you have 24 month or 104 weeks of full time jobs of settled employees . Your best friend will be policy guidance to answer all the quer...
