Your first application should have proved to you that you need to get to the grips with your application and fire your solicitor. Thanks zimba yes do got 104 + weeks but 15.35 weeks were part time this is where still question remains due to no clear guidance and rules on this . We can just wait and watch how HO office will calculate . I hope after this we will have clear answers for this part time calculations .

Opps my bad Wrong calculation in last post its 105.75 weeks and 24.5 months . So I hope we will be ok as long as that part time employee calculation will be counted the way I did. Thanks

It is difficult to read your post. You need to convert all your period into weeks, then see if you have min of 104 full time weeks or not. If you have applied on 30 nov eve so that will be date of your application . This could be the reason case worker did not count the nov job in count . Not sure but wait for zimba to be more specific on this .

Hi its seems all ok with FPS and Payslips But make sure FPS has start dates of employees in months they start working . Try to have full name instead of with first initial only on all the documents and you will also need to provide the photo copies of settled employees passports . Good luck
