Hi, I am little panicking , I am gonna apply for ilr mid of april. today i calculated my absance days out of UK. ı have 195 days of absence. Thanks a lot once again sushdmehta. This is interesting. If I understand right, that means, I can get my ILR and she would do nothing for the moment and later she can get her extension... Possible, but you will need two separate appointments - one for you (ILR) and then another for your wife (FLR). ...

Thanks for info xyz123. I was on WP but since 2008 I'm on Tier 1 General. She's come as my dependant on Tier 1 last year. So If we I want to apply in person at croydon, she can't come with me and apply ?

You can't talk to your caseworker like that... Try to not to ask this on the phone. Caseworker will only contact you if they need an extra paper or something... To all people waiting for a long time... Don't be upset, I'm quite sure it's all good... I agree with the comment that people who applied in the last week of June suffering from this a lot. But if there was a problem it'd be earlier notified to you, dont worry :)

I do belive it's more related to approval-stamped date times which we don't know until we get docs back of couse... Because not every case neither every cw is same...

Congrats man :) The wait was worth for it :) Lot of people got their passports back today with T1 stamped. Today is really a great day ... and also Indian festival day ... Ganesh chaturthi:). Let me also bring the good news. It took exactly 3 months for me to get my passport back with T1 stamped :) ...

Basicly for the 12 months period I had 3-4 months missing in my bank statements. I asked for that period from barclays and they sent it in a few days but on a white paper printed with no stamp or no logo... I do believe I had to go to a branch and get a stamp on them for authenticy... I hope this ma...
