Yes, after you complete the required period of 5 years of continuous stay(as it stands right now) either on WP, WP+Tier 1 or Tier 1. Not to mention there are statutory other requirements such as passing Life in UK test, no recourse to public funds etc. t hat you will need to satsify as well. Thanks...

Eventually, I got my papers back with approval for 3 years!!! The funnies thing is that I claimed 25 points for my previous earnings which are £27***.08. My family sent me £7000 in July 2008. The HO took this £7000 as part of my earning as well, so they awarded my earning points based on the tot...

Just called Home Office on the 0114 ***** number. They are processing applications before 19/September/2008!!!!!
It was 28/August just last week. Really confused about how they work.
