No it will have no bearing on your citizenship application. You have recourse to public funds once you have ILR. Therefore you can claim child benefit. The fact that your wife doesn't have IRL when you were claiming CB for your child doesn't matter.

If you dont have the cas you won't score the required points. You dont need to send a hard copy of the cas but you need the information contained in it including the cas number which you won't have.

@daddy, I think the OP's post is quite clear 1: it takes 12 working days for the AIT to inform me of any lodged appeal by the HO, however the 5 workin days limit has ended, would i get any answer if i contact the AIT tomorrow to ask about the appeal? his visa should be revoked now since the relationship is not substisting, the mere fact you are legally married makes no difference! this is incorrect, he remains a family member of an EEA national until the marriage is finally dissolved (decree absolute).
