Re: Tier 4 Visa Appeal refused but Judge given decision for

Appendix C of the immigration rules was changed after the case of Ejifugha to explicitly exclude use of credit cards in order to meet maintenance funds requirements. See appendix C 1A(j) https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/420509/20150406_immigration_rules_appen...

Re: Pre-sessional course

Well firstly, have the two universities confirmed they will give you a CAS for the MA given you already have an MA? Are they aware of your unsuccessfull entrepreneur application? If you are thinking of applying for a stand alone pre-sessional course using a stand alone CAS for that course then you'r...

Re: Premium Visa service

The 3 months refers to when you can submit your application, of you submit it earlier than this then the application falls for refusal. However you appear to also think they they will grant the visa to start immediately, they won't. The earliest you can come to the uk is one month before the start o...

You can switch into tier 1 entrepreneur whenever you meet the rules. You don't need to extend your graduate entrepreneur visa first.

You need to register on the IHS portal by clicking the green 'register' button, complete the IHS form online, pay the fee and then you will be issued the IHS number to put in the relevant space on the tier 2 form

It is your wife who needs to make the application, not you.

Once your wife has applied and been issued a passport in her married name, she will need to apply on form BRP(RC).

Re: To Visit My Mum's Sister in UK - Family or General Visit

An aunt is not one of the listed family members for a family visit (that you have posted yourself) so you need to apply for a general visit. You can still provide an invitation letter.

No the uk civil partnership is only for same sex couples

I don't think the uk recognises a French PACS between and opposite sex couple.

They will only be granted permission to appeal if they have identified a material error of law in the judges decision. They can't come up with new reasons why you should be refused.

Re: leaving the UK through Eurostar

The fact that you don't need a visa to visit France does not guarantee you entry there particularly if you are entering from the uk where you have no status. The voluntary returns service is not a travel agency, they can only return your country of nationality or a country where you have permanent r...

Re: Student Visitor refusal - Appeal opinions please?!

There's no point appealing if it won't succeed. The appeal will take months anyway. Whether you have the right of appeal (even on limited grounds) is governed by the relevant legislation and the decision maker can't choose who gets a right of appeal or not, the decision automatically attracts a limi...

It means you can only appeal on limited grounds (human rights grounds) which won't succeed.

Re: Student Visitor refusal - Appeal opinions please?!

You can't appeal a student visitor refusal so this is not an option. Your only option is to reapply. It is not at all surprising that you were not issued the visa as you have already spent a significant time studying English. It would be better to find a course that is specifically designed to get u...

But he also says 'British husband' hence why I said they'd need to be legally married. I'd assumed having looked at the op's other posts that they had subsequently married of were planning to. The ops instructions are unclear.

Your wife may qualify for a tuition fee loan (not a maintenance loan or grant) as the spouse of an eu national (which includes a British national) assuming you are legally married, but she would need to show he was ordinarily resident in the EEA/UK FLR the 3 year prior to the start of the course. Re: Relatives as sponsor for Tier 4 Visa

Your cousin can't act as your sponsor, you can't rely on funds in his name. He would need to transfer the funds to you for you to keep for a consecutive 28 day period prior to applying or he could pay your tuition fees and transfer you the required funds for living costs.
