A PGCE is nqf level 7. Nevertheless it is up to the university whether they can issue you a CAS.

But in your previous thread you said you were living on Manchester and you were advised against lying about living on London in order to delay your hearing.

Re: Can I do PGCE-Science after MBA vs (academic progress)

It's a very unusual combination. It is not for you to justify academic progression it will be the university you are hoping go study at who will need to be satisfied and be able to justify how you are making progression. Do you have an offer of a place yet?

Re: Marriage breakdown

I hate to play devils advocate but I am bit perplexed about the direction in which this thread has gone. The Op has clearly said that she 'can't and won't' stop the father from seeing the child and I think this is admirable of her, yet others are actively trying to encourage her to prevent her son f...

I think if you passed 9 papers of ACCA and your exams are quivalent to bachelor degree. All you have to do contact with ACCA and UK Naric and get certificate stating that your qualifaction is equivalent to bachelor degree then you can apply in country. http://ecctis.co.uk/naric/individuals/Compare%...

Re: Switch from paper to oral hearing - Urgent

They won't just change the location of the hearing unless there are very good reasons to do so. If you are considering (as implied by your post) lying to the tribunal they you have moved to London in order to change hearing location changed then I would forget that idea now.

I am afraid that this consultant has made a fundamental error and I would urge you to complain to whomever he is regulated by (presumably the oisc but possibly the SRA if he is a solicitor. The problem is an eea2 application is not an application for leave to remain. It it an application for a resid...

Many thanks to everyone that offered one form of advice or the other. My visa has just been granted and my BRP issued. I now have a leave to remain in the UK till the end of my course in 2018. It actually appeared that PhD students have full working permission during Christmas and Easter breaks exc...

I was going to respond to this thread with some constructive advice but given that you clearly only want people to post what you want to hear and are rude to them otherwise I've changed my mind.

From a straightforward application of the fee regulations, If she has not lived in the EEA for the 3 years prior to the start of the course then she doesn't qualify for home/eu fees. Universities will assess her fee status accordingly to the regulations. They will use the information she has put in ...

Re: Transfer of Sponsor

If you withdraw from your current course now your current university will report this to the home office and withdraw sponsorship of your visa. The home office will then at some point curtail your visa to 60 days. You will therefore need to leave the uk and apply for a new visa using a CAS from your...

Re: need urgent advice

Why do you think the COS is not genuine? Have you had direct contact with the employer? Is the employer on the sponsor list? Have you paid a fee to anyone for the COS? You can ask the employer for a print out of your CoS from the Sponsor management system.

Re: Switch to student visa

If the FTT refuse to allow your permission to appeal then you can renew your application to the Upper Tribunal directly. If this application is also refused your 3c leave will end at that point and you won't have any further right of appeal. Your continuous residence will not be broken if you make a...

Re: Can u do MSc after MBA? plz help

1. Yes if the tier 4 sponsor concerned is able to confirm academic progression. There is no rule that you can't do an msc after an MBA, it depends on the circumstances

2. Yes

3. Not from within the UK. Guidance is here https://www.gov.uk/tier-1-entrepreneur/overview

4. Yes

Unfortunately the home office withdrawing their decision does not necessarily mean that they will grant the visa and does not equate to you winning your appeal. It is unfortunately common practice for the home office to withdraw a decision shortly before or on the day of the hearing particularly whe...

With due respect Obie I must disagree. This case is almost entirely hopeless if they go down the unmarried partner route. They have not been in a cohabiting relationship for two years. They having been having an affair while she happened to be living in his marital home as his tenant. They were not ...

I a sorry but I think you need a reality check. You have next to no chance of securing a dependant visa for this woman. You are not going to convince anyone that you have been living together in a relationship akin to marriage for 2 years with the woman you were having an affair with whilst she was ...
