none to be honest, this might be an unchanges template. HO has Word Docs used as templates and they dont always change everything on it before sending it out. Re: moving after naturalization application

Well I would put the address of the "New Council" on the AN form where they ask for the address of the council you want your ceremony to be done, This has to be specified else the HO assume you want this done at your existing council (based on your postcode) Hi Me and wife are applying for naturaliz...

Re: Citizenship application ... Please read

Previous Immigration history is a factor the HO look at, If however you have been legally here after marriage with your spouse then I dont see this being a big issue. You should be honest about everything on the form and hope for the best Hello all members, I am about to apply for my citizenship nex...

Re: Acknowledgement letter - change of policy?

First time I am hearing this, but I can see where they are coming from as you do get a confirmation from NCS I applied via NCS about a month ago - fees have been deducted but I still haven't received an acknowledgement letter. So I called them today and they said that if application is made via NCS ...

Re: British citizenship one year after receiving EEA4

If you have waited for 1 year after the date of Issue of PR then you ca leave the section blank. This only needs to be filled in if you have completed 6 years on a FP but have yet to complete 1 year on paper i.e. from the date the PR was issued. I had a similar situation and the NCS lady didnt ask a...

The parents details are required to be filled in but Grandparents section could be left blank, the IPS need this information to check " if you unknowingly qualify for a passport anyways and also for security checks" I won't be able to fill in all the details either. Eg. they have my passport and I d...

Re: Can I plan a visit to my home country before Ceremony

What you do is book your ceremony within 21 days for after 2.5 months, as long as you have the ceremony within 3 months you should be fine, that way you can get married and come back and get the ceremony done and you will not have to risk travelling on an Indian passport after taking the naturalisat...

Re: Documents query : Very less documents this time and UKBA

All docs required are on the lat page of the AN form. the list you have is fine (infact you dont need your license counterpart as well as long as you have the photocard license. UKB Ref Number would be on any communication you have had with the HO previously, they put this as Ref on the letters they...

Re: Retention Of Rights application and Work Permission

ignore the letter, its a standard template. You can continue doing what you do. Unless HO reject your claims and revoke your RC (which I am not sure they will do if everything is in order) you should be good to continue like you do now. P.S if you already have an RC it makes life easier, if not then...
