Thats ok then. if ur employer gets the extension you will be good to go. Reagards I was switching from WP to Tier 1. I hadnt applied for UT. My current visa is getting expired in a month and my employer will probably apply for the extension of my current visa.. so I cant take a risk of applying now....

BTW - the oldest case a person waiting for tier1, i have seen so far is a guy on www.trackitt.com, who applied on 6th MAY , wp- tier1. so in his case he has been waiting for almost 5 months and still everytime he call he gets the old " still under consideration" Three words i hate the most these day...
