Late in replying, how did it go ?

There is no requirement of the degree for the dependant. It is a good practice to correct any mistakes in the name as per NADRA/MRP in all documents.

Hi,
If she is going to change her visa from student visa to your dependant then she needs to go back to the country of origin and apply from there to obtain EC, inside UK switching/changing is not possible, read the Policy

they can bring my wife she is on old rules Sorry and Thanks for correcting me, yes if your wife applied for entry on or before 5 April 2012 . Check "Family Members" section for application forms. Dependant should use application form FLR(O) (I am not sure this can be used outside UK - Please check)...
