Well if you have been in UK for less than 12 months then it will be 2800 for yourself + 2x1600 for your dependents. Even if you submit 12 months bank statement, that should also be fine. If you want to be conservative submit 15 months statement, otherwise not needed
Only condition is these 12 months should be a continual strech in the last 15 months
