No they didn't :( Infact I had been to vfs office earlier and they had assured me that if I have any doubts they will assist in filling my form. but when I went there to submit my application the scene was different. Yes, you can claim for period less than 12 months.In your case u can claim for last 10 months income provided you earn enough point to be eligible for Tier 1 visa. You can check the conversion rates on OandA site. Conversion rates change on daily basis.You need to take a print out of the conversion details (for the date applicable). You can not show PF as maintenace of funds. www.bia.homeoffice.com site clearly mentions that the the funds shouldnt be from other a/c or from financial products like PF,share etc. Basically what they want is funds which can be withdrawn from the bank without giving any notice.
