I would say: 1- you can apply on 13/01/2015 (about 5yrs 10 months residence) 2- your wife can not apply before 21/07/2016 as she does not satisfy the 5 years residence rule. British Citizenship for Spouse

Hi Guys,

Me and My wife got ILR on 13Jan14. Please confirm, my wife will get Naturalization at the same with me in March, 2014? Our time line is here:

I arrived UK first time on 6th March, 2009 (Tier 1 General visa)
Wife Arrived UK on 21st July, 2011
Got ILR on 13Jan14

I got my ILR approved on 7th Nov using 90 day concession rule. I got my first Tier 1 (G) visa on 3rd Dec 2008 and came to UK on 24th Jan 2009 so had a delay off 45 days but applied on 7th Nov 2013 which is 27 days before the initial visa date and not my arrival date under the 90 day concession rule...
