You need to given them in writing and they normally takes 28 days search how to request employment history from HMRC

If you ring hmrc they will give you exact date in which you registered for sole trader

I advice to mention this date and if you still doing it then mention on going if you stop wrokign and reported to hmrc they will also tell you.

Mention will not harm and they don't want any proof for that

You need to select no for this question and they will ask at the end life in uk and degree

If you select yes it's only for those who don't require degree or English test ( from English speaking countries)

If you can wait then apply for reconsideration as it takes many many month

She can travel on Pakistani passport it does not need to be 6 month valid, as long as it's valid at time of entry to paksitan she is fine.

On British passport she will need Pakistani visa

Residence card applied on march 2008 and issued on June 2009

under European law when someone make application for residence card home office issue letter and give permission to work while application is pending for residence card

At one point you mentioned you married in 2007 and applied for residance card then you said you married in 2008 this does it make sense

But they refused his application on the basics that he was working illegally untill they issued residance card

They are totally wrong,once you apply for residance card they issue letter and give permission to work so how was he working illegally ?

Parking tickets are not issue.

FPN you have to mention them does not matter if it's 10 year old or 20

If you already sent application you can send letter to them that to forgot to mention these FPN
