It's really depends if EEA national had premenant residence card then they should not be get refused

But of they don't have PR then off course they will not qualify for PR and BC will also effect

Judging by the processing timeline threads it usually take no more than a week from passport fees deducted to the approval letter arriving. I had mine deducted on 29th of May and still no sign of the approval letter. Should I be worried? Hi, I am in a same boat, but there are many cases in timeline...

Did they mentioned that you been working before they issued you residence card?
As long as you applied residence card you allow to work legally they are totally wrong on this matter

If you went to court or court issued these fine then yes It will effect if not then these will not effect your application

Well last offence was well over 3 years ago so good chance to get citizenship but on other side case worker also see that you had number of offences which may cause issues Why don't you get your crb and check yourself if it's showing older offences as it well over may not show into crb I think fast ...

Driving conviction was it from court? Do you know if it's from court and under 3 years old they normally refuse the application

Just one driving conviction?
If it's over 3 years maybe they doing more checks on you if all in order hopefully you will get good news soon

Problem is I had 6 points and 150 fine 2 years ago from court for speeding what do u think will they accept it under exceptional grounds? I have no issues at all in past totally clean

thx @ chowkal i am agree i was doing speeding all i am saying my speed was not near 56mph maybe around 45 plus as i was over taking so speed was high, on this round people do over 70mph no houses across road plus has two lanes anyway alll i am asking as police stopped me they not issued me FPN more ...

well it was not 56 seems to be some problem with their camera gun plus i was over taking and off course speed is high while over taking, i know i may get 6 points from court but my question is will this be not batter if i apply asap and not mention this as i am not convicted yet i may able to get bc...
