Hi Thanks jambo for your fast reply, So if I apply for my pr eea3 this feb and also apply for my both child bc will it be ok?? I was reading form and guidance for bc and they just ask for treaty rights in the form, don't they require any proof or document ??? As documents will be go with my pr eea3....

Yes he can marry without any problem, after marriage he can apply for eea2 form for residance card. But make sure his future wife exercises treaty rights.
