We applied at the lahore VAC, its a settlement visa for my wife and we applied on the 27th Oct. Hey I also had a holiday contract letter from work specifying my holiday length and then the photo album and my plane ticket ime sure that should suffice as evidence that I was actually present there...?...

I think these are extenuating circumstances, and you can apply for your FLR (M) for your wife while she is on her visitor visa. However, I would advise a solicitor putting your case together, as it is treading on gray areas.

Just as the "Sage" says, if you dont have access to any public funds, your children dont either. Its regardless of the point whether you have used public funds or not, as you were never entitled to them in the first place.
