Yes it is, as far as the rejection reasons go for your last application. But another advice is dont get too focused on the rejection reasons and make the rest of the application sloppy.

I am sure you will get it right this time around. Good Luck!

Riff, I wanted to ask you a question. Does it go against you if the sponsor works part time? For instance I work 3 days a week and earn £1000 after tax and NI deductions. I'm living with my parents and don't pay rent. I spend half and save half every month and have £2500 worth of savings. Would l...

There is no requirement for an IELTS score or any other language proficiency score for a spouse visa. You might need language proficiency later on for the KOL test.

In that case, you should make an appointment with Gerry's and talk to them upfront. They are the only people who can get you the missing documents.

@ escoba : I dont know anything else you can try. I guess waiting for the system to back up is one thing @ nightrider : Yes, you have two wage slips, which is a weak proof of financial security. (Minimum 3). Forget about what the BHC already has. What gives you the impression your application is goi...

I dont think with her current situation, you can get her a visit visa.

So you might have to grin and bear it and wait till you get the ILR so that you can apply for her as your dependent.

You cant get them back. All documents which the Home Office determines are needed as record for history of immigration are kept with them. so, if they were to return any documents, they would have done so. Also, I do believe they have not kept the documents which you need in the future like marriage...

Definitely stamped and signed from your accounts department. Also, to make it absolutely watertight, get a letter from accounts, explaining they are moving to paperless.
