Found out what OC stands for. It is Overseas Country. It means that certain applications are sent overseas(ie Dubai) to be dealt with by the BHC in that country. Hope this helps A minor correction. The appeal procedure takes between 6-8 months and although BHC Islamabad may review the refusal decision, they usually just send it back to the AIT for a hearing. Yeah exactly, that is what I thought. If it were mandatory requirement I would have submitted the photographs. The marriage certificate is the absolute requirment for the ECO to make a judgement on the validity of the marriage, wedding photographs just support this. Having said that, i'm kinda glad...
