Sending unattested payslips is taking risk on your part. You may lose money and valuable time. You need not to have to take sign from HR, it could be someone from Admin Viz. Finance, Admin Officer etc. They generally are bit better than HR and co-operative in these matters. I would think along these...

You can get a letter from the bank stating this money is available for withdrawal as per your wish at any given time. I have seen a template in the boards. Try a search of the boards, you will get the template.

Your ILR clock starts ticking as soon as you enter UK the first time. You can visit UK only during job interviews, it is a good idea. But as the senior members already pointed out in other posts, you can apply for ILR after second extension of Visa

Answers to the second and third questions are as follows: 2. Tier-1 is Multiple Entry type Visa. Hence you can visit and leave and can come back later. 3. Main advantage of Tier-1 visa is that the Visa holder is allowed to enter without a job and hence searching for a job on entering UK is possible....

Pradeep, Accommodation proof is not required to be submitted to Home Office. In case you already have one, you could submit it with application, Otherwise it is not needed. Immigration board is very informative and it's old posts mostly contain answers for many of the common questions/queries, hence...

If these two criteria were not met, then a valid Score of IELTS/TOFEL would be required to claim points unde...

28 days recommendation is for ILR, otherwise you can even enter UK before the Visa expires. Regarding the other question, my guess is your travel date might have been longer three months from the date of application, hence Visa Office might have considered the date of application itself as starting ...

I am not sure about second question. As I gather from Tier-I guidance Introduction page Point 3 "An applicant making an applicatio...
