It is a mandatory requirement. Failure to send it could result in a refusal and loss of fee. You need to send : 1. Original degree cert 2. NARIC English assessment cert 3. Usually useful to state the route to PR and when this was attained. You need UK NARIC UKVI red route, English and comparable assessment certs and degree cert must be sent. Wage slips not needed, there is no income requirement for citizenship. You must send proof of English requirement. It is a glitch in the system that it is not asked for. Thanks for your reply. She came as a visitor for third or fourth time from Kashmir/Pakistan but due to her poor health, we applied HO if they let her stay in uk. We had to go to court and Judge decided in her favour after first hearing.

My brother sponsored her and he is british citizen.

I came in uk legally in early 2014 I am currently on human rights spouse visa. I previously married with EU spouse but I couldn't prove that my ex-wife was exercising treaty rights. is there any strong case for me to apply PR on basis of over 10 years of residency now or I just have to wait forever....
