u can go.

I think you can go as long as you got valid visa and your confirmation to re-sit for the exam from your university. But still make sure you ask homeoffice by email. And if you get any reply, print it and keep it with you as a proof. So if immigration officer asks you at airport, you can explain him ...

Re: New student rules announced - with funds needed

The new Tier 4 rules are now clear but still there is confusion about the funds. We need £1600 for two months if we are extending our student visa. But about the course fees, do we must have to show all this amount (course fees + maintenance) in our own/joint account OR the sponsor's (parent's & re...

If anyone got IGS within the UK (leave to remain) can go back to student and again can claim PSW.

And if anyone got IGS from outside the UK (entry clearance) can go back to student but cann't get PSW.

And once got PSW within the UK or outside, cann't get PSW again.

www.ukcisa.org.uk I have already been in the UK on a post study work scheme but now I'm a student again. Does this mean I can't apply under Tier 1 (Post-Study Work)? That's correct one can go back to student from IGS/PSW to student. 1. If you got your IGS/SEGS in UK then you can extend it upto 2 years in total. 2. If you got your IGS/SEGS in UK can go back to student and also can apply for PSW (2 years). 3. If you got your IGS/SEGS outside UK, you can extend it ...

I have filled the PSW form. And it says, if we making transitional arrangements from IGS or Fresh Talent: Working in Scotland Scheme, then they award 75 points for these visas. And also exempt English Language requirement. Just need £800 to claim points for maintenance.
